  • Maybe you can write down what is preventing you from reaching your goals and what you can do to get over the hurdles.
  • Maybe you can talk with a trusted adult or friend about your feelings and see if they can help you see a different way of approaching what is happening.
  • If you feel blocked and can’t see a solution right this moment maybe you can do something else that you really like to do, like going to the movies, walking in a park, doing a favorite excerise, hang out with friends, etc.
