I have symptoms of depression but I don’t want to be dramatic or say I am depressed without being diagnosed. I have no motivation whatsoever, no energy, no sense of time, always having the urge to cry, easily irritated. I don’t feel like I’d get better, I barely bathe or brush. I want to go to therapy and get diagnosed or know what’s wrong with me but I’m not able to do that. I have a lot of works and I’m doing none, my health is getting terrible, I have always struggled with eating. I have friends, but i m not able to talk to any. I’m desperate. I NEED help I can’t mess up more of my time.
