Hi, I am going through a lot. My parents have stopped treating my nicely. I am 14 and I need help. They always say bad things about me and never appreciate me. I always try my best to do good in academics but they will always consider mistakes and scold me on every small thing. I have a younger sister. She does nothing in academics but still gets treated as a human. I have attempted suicide. They always beat me and give me slangs. My father always says he has no value of food as he is not earning it. I want to die. Please help me

CONSDIER THIS:
- Head over to the Tools page on our website. Here you can find many guides and activity sheets that can help you organize your thoughts, feelings and emotions to better decide what your next steps are and how to achieve them. I would start by checking out the following:
- Do you have any trusted adults that you feel comfortable enough to speak to about this? The Support Plan activity sheet is extremely helpful to identify such people and how to express your feelings to them. Some examples may be an Aunt/Uncle, older Cousin, or even a teacher or coach.
- When you have the chance take some time to check out the Learn tab on our website. This is a great educational section of our website. It covers many topics such as:
- Depression, Family, Self Injury, Suicide, and Wellness.
- What kind of coping skills do you have? Have you ever taken the time to sit back and think of them? After reading and completing the activity sheets from our Learn and Tools sections, you will probably have a better idea of what they may be.
